We are in full SALE MODE. We finally made our way up to Bakersfield, and as we continue opening our boxes from last year, we continue to laugh out loud and shake our heads in wonder:
WHY DID WE KEEP SO MUCH CRAP?!
We've done two trips to the secondhand store. The first garage sale is planned for Saturday. And my newest hobby is peddling our wares on this great new app, Poshmark.
The only way to describe it is like Instagram for shopping. I would have gone broke if apps had existed when I was in college (thank you, God). If you still don't know what Instagram is, I suggest you use one of your lifelines and phone a friend.
Anyway, if you are at all interested in t-shirts, blouses, athletic apparel, purses, belts, jackets, dresses, jeans, pants, or shoes (a.k.a. all types of clothing), please check out my Poshmark account @whatupswags. The app is totally free to download, and if you use the code HBORR when you install it, we both get a $5 credit. So really, they're paying you to download it! You can post whatever you have to sell for free also, and the only "catch" is you receive 80% of the listed price (i.e. a $10 item will earn you $8). The app company emails you a shipping label to print with postage already paid.
I wouldn't have done this if it didn't work. Within 6 hours of my first listings, I'd already sold 6 items! If you like shopping secondhand at all, check it out. We have men's and women's apparel up, and let me know if you have any questions!
